Cool Refreshing Drinks

Iced Coffee
1 cup of brewed Cuban coffee, cooled to room temperature
4 ice cubes
125ml of milk
A dash of Havana Rum (optional)

Put the ice cubes into a tall chilled glass and pour over the coffee. Stir in the milk and add a dash of Havana rum or a liqueur of your preference. Serve immediately.  

Caffeine Cooler
Half cup of brewed Cuban coffee
Half scoop of vanilla or coffee ice-cream
Half cup of Coca Cola
Orange slice to garnish

Simply pour the coffee into a tall glass. Add the ice-cream followed by the cola.  Garnish with orange slice and serve with a straw.  

Havana Smoothie
Half cup of brewed Cuban coffee
1 banana
1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream
2 tablespoons of Havana Rum
Cinnamon to garnish

Blend the coffee and banana in a blender until smooth. Add the ice-cream and rum and blend on high speed until thick and smooth.  Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Mocha Mint Frappé
1 Cup of brewed Cuban coffee, cooled and chilled
1 scoop chocolate ice-cream
30ml mint syrup
Grated chocolate shavings to garnish
Mint sprig to garnish

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mix into a tall glass and garnish with mint sprig.
